A commission to design a set of menu covers for the Cystic Fibrosis Centre at the University Hospital of South Manchester. This was a small participatory project with a primary focus on the delivery of one to one creative sessions with CF in-patients. Collaging techniques were used to engage patients in discussion about cystic fibrosis and how the illness impacted their diet and their perceptions of food.  In response to the outcomes of this project funders went on to invest in a second stage that involved the creation of a recipe book for people with Cystic Fibrosis.
